The stay

7–10 days, structured for multiple zones

Days 1–2: in-person examination of every area, imaging as needed, anaesthesia work-up — the combination confirmed before anything proceeds.
Surgery day: the full sequenced operation; hospital night(s) matched to its size.
Recovery days: hotel-based with daily checks as the plan requires; every zone reviewed on its own schedule.
Final multi-zone review, then fly: clearance at day 7–10; long-haul patients get individual DVT planning for the flight.
