If combination surgery has a flagship, this is it — requested weekly, and deservedly so. An examination rather than an advert:
Separate zones (no shared swelling, no garment conflicts), compatible sleep (head-up suits both), compact total time (two efficient procedures sit well inside the safety ceiling), and one combined downtime — the splint fortnight and the bra fortnight are the same fortnight.
Both procedures must be right-sized — a complex revision rhinoplasty plus a large augmentation-mastopexy is a different conversation than a primary nose plus straightforward implants. Candidacy screening (health, smoking, expectations) applies double. And if one procedure deserves to be staged, you'll hear it plainly.
One trip of 7–9 days instead of two trips months apart — for international patients, often the difference between the plan happening and the plan waiting forever.
